Companies face different human resource issues relevant to most of the HR functions such as recruiting, training and development and efficiency improvement.

In addition to those, HR faces many issues related to conflict resolution and worker protection. Not every company deals with HR issues in a same manner. The reactions may vary according to the policies and procedures, as well as the HR management of a particular company. Dealing with key HR issues is a continuing process for most companies.

Managing the workforce to maintain a steady performance is one of the key responsibilities of HRM. HR people are responsible to manage individual workers, teams, working shifts, and incentives like bonuses to maintain the maximum productivity. All the above activities have interconnections. Hence, changes of one activity may affect all the other activities. Hence, it is very difficult to manage these functions and HR people always face problems when dealing with production issues.

Issues also arise when recruiting people to the organization. Finding the most appropriate person to a job vacancy is not easy. HR people should work hard to find people by involving in activities such as attending for job fairs and placing vacancy advertisements. Attracting candidates for a particular job is not so easy. It is necessary to highlight benefits and offers of the job. There is a huge competition among business firms to employ skilled workers. Therefore, HR people should always fight to attract skilled people.

Providing necessary trainings and developing worker skills is another requirement of any company. Any business firm has its own rules and procedures. Adopting their workers to company procedures is a must, and HR department of the firm is responsible to do it. HR people should achieve this objective through proper training sessions and seminars. However, all these training needs must be fulfilled without making any interruption to the company operations.

Also, they should be done according to the budgets allocated. HR people face lots of difficulties when doing these things.

Every person in the company does not have the same knowledge, abilities, encounters, personal actions or behaviors. Therefore, many disputes can occur between workers, between groups, between workers and the management. HRM of the company is liable to fix any issue occurred. This is also a larger problem that most of the HR departments have. Maintaining a current worker is better than hiring and training new one. Therefore, HR individuals always try to fix disputes by reducing the loss that can happen to both organizations and the workers.

HR people face many issues when dealing with above things. They are very difficult to attend, and lots of efforts may need to find correct solutions. However, HR people always struggling to solve these key issues because the successes of any company are highly affected by these issues.
