Using A Recruitment Agent

Working With A Recruitment Agency

The job market at the moment is proving to be rather challenging wherever you are located. One of the biggest dilemmas facing recruiters is relevancy.

With more and more people now searching for work recruiters are becoming more and more sought after and busy. People often pose the question, 'why use a recruiter when we can post a job online ourselves?' The answer is multifaceted.

1. Being sure that you have found the right candidate and be aware that just because there are lots of people looking for work that does not necessarily mean that they will be suitable for the role or even apply for it.

2. It can be quicker to recruit through an agency rather than having to take time out of your normal working day to interview or read CV's.

3. A recruiter will recognise liars fast and all recruiters have long histories on their clients so you will know exactly what their qualifications and experience levels are.

4. All recruiters have methods that allow them to judge candidates and their merit.

5. If the role that is being filled is a contract or temp role then a recruiter may have more of a chance of filling it. That is simply because they have a database where they will already have a large pool of temporary workers to contact.

6. Often recruiters will act as go between and cut out any awkward conversations that you may otherwise have had to have yourself.

7. The final and most obvious benefit is that recruiters have market expertise and know how to translate this into placing candidates.

If you need to fill vacancies with high quality staff using a recruiter will save you lots of time and energy, time and energy that you could be spending on your business.
