The group discussion is better for those who have products that would target a really big target market. By getting answers and feedback as a group, then the business will have an easier time when trying to bring in a product to the market or make some improvements.

The whole reason for this process is that one would want to see the reactions of the consumers and try to act according to those reactions. From there, companies will be able to improve their products and serve the consumers better than before.
