When the list of VIPs have already been gotten, then the very next step would be to reserve a good spot for them. They could either get a place somewhere in the front row so that they could really have a clear view of what is happening on stage. Of course if there is a balcony seat in the theater, then it would also be good to put the VIPs there in that area.
Now another group of people that the management would have to take note of would be those with disabilities. The people with wheelchairs must be attended to properly because they would occupy more room. So while one is preparing all of these things, the facilitators must also make sure that they count the number of people in wheelchairs.
Of course these disabled people will come with someone who will take care of them. Now in order to address this, the organizers have to make sure to also take into count these caretakers. Organizers would have to provide an extra seat for the caretakers as well.
