It is Olympic feat to just get out of bed before noon some days. Since it is hard to get out bed, it may seem cruel and laughable to suggest that you should go workout. To get the motivation to workout you need to persuade a friend or a roommate to become your daily workout companion. Tell them about your depression and your need for a cheerleader to motivate you to go workout.
